Guild Finder
Patch 4.1 will be introducing the Guild Finder tool. The Guild Finder will act as a sort of in-game bulletin board for players looking for a guild. Players will be able to set a number of criteria, like what kind of content they are interested in (PvP, Questing, Raids, etc.), what their class role is, and when they are available.
